Ingredients
3TbspSAF Instant Yeast
2TbspSalt
1Cup Olive Oil
3/4 CupHoney
8Cups Warm Water
11Cups Wheat Wheat (Approximate)
11 Cups Bread Flour (Approximate)
Instructions
Attach the dough hook to your stand mixer. In the bowl add your water, honey, yeast, salt, and oil.
Turn mixer on and slowly add in one cup of flour at a time. I like to alternate wheat flour and bread flour.
Add enough flour into the mixer until the bread dough cleans the side of the bowl and the dough is slightly tacky.
Knead the bread for 6 minutes to activate the gluten in the bread. While the dough is mixing grease the bread pans.
Once the dough is finished turn the dough out onto a lightly oiled surface. divide dough into 6 equal parts.
Shape the bread dough and place into each of the loaf pans. Cover and let rise for 20 Mins.
Preheat the oven to 375° Place the bread loaves in the oven. and bake for 15 minutes.
WITHOUT opening the oven door lower the temperature of the oven to 350° and bake for additional 25 minutes
Once bread has finished cooking remove the bread from the pans and place on a cooling rack or some towels. Immediately rub some butter on top of the bread for a buttery crust if desired.
Let bread cool and slice/ or bag. Store in the freezer to stay fresh.
