Instructions
Cook the sausage and drain the fat.
Add in the diced onion and cook until translucent. Add in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add beef broth, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning.
bring soup to a boil.
Add in your favorite pasta noodle and cook until desired firmness. (al dente)
Add in Worcestershire sauce. (add more to taste if desired)
Once soup is done, scoop into bowls and top with mozzarella cheese, serve with saltine crackers.
