Homemade Peanut Butter Almond Granola
This homemade peanut butter almond granola is crunchy, easy to make, and packed with peanut butter flavor using just 7 simple ingredients.

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 325 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, add in the rolled oats and almonds mix well.
In a medium sauce pan combine the coconut oil, honey, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
Heat the peanut butter mixture over low to medium low heat. and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
immediately remove the peanut butter mixture from the heat and pour over the oats in the bowl.
Mix the oats and the peanut butter until evenly coated
Once everything is all mixed. Evenly distribute the granola onto the 2 baking sheets and spread out
Place in oven bake for 15 mins. Remove granola from the oven and stir.
Return the granola to the oven and bake for another 15 mins. Remove from the oven and stir
Return the granola back to the oven and bake for another 10 mins.
Remove granola from the oven and let cool. The granola should be nice and golden.
Let cool and enjoy!
